What is Poykee?
Poykee is the realisation of an ambitious project from a couple who is passionate about Art. We have a vocation to offer a large choice of unique or limited piece of art (photographs, paintings, drawings and photography’s). We offer eclectic and offer different styles as street art, representative and abstract art as different period from the 18th century to the 20th century. Poykee aim to collectors as to young art lovers. Therefore we offer different range of prices. Our client’s satisfaction is a priority to us and a big part of our job is to advise them.
Who are Poykee sellers?
Each item on Poykee checked and expertised before it gets added to the website. There’s no Poykee warehouse. When you shop on Poykee, you’re directly supporting independent sellers who manage their own orders and inventory. Interested in becoming an Poykee seller? Learn how to start a shop.
How do I shop on Poykee?
Shopping on Poykee works the same as anywhere else online. However, you’re not buying your items from Poykee, the company. Instead you’re buying directly from independent sellers. If you have questions about an item or an order, you can contact the seller.
How to contact a seller ?
To contact a seller before ordering an item on Poykee.com: 1. Click the item you’re interested in 2. Click Contact us under the store name 3. Ask your question in the textbox. 4. Click Submit. The seller receives this message and can respond. Search for shops - If you know the name of the shop, enter the exact shop name in the store page -If you know the member's name, you can look them up here : https://poykee.com/marketplace/seller/sellerlist/ Search for items Enter descriptive terms in the search bar to narrow down the results. By default, search results are ordered by how relevant the items are to what you search for. Use filters On the left side of every search results page, you’ll see a list of filters to narrow down your results by: • Category • Price
What are the shipping time frame ?
Each seller will offer different time of shipping. Therefore prices and time frames can vary from one seller to an other. If you’re not sure about this, you can send an email to the seller and ask them for details.
Can I cancel an order ?
Yes you have up to 30 days to cancel an order and send it back to the seller. Please not that the seller has to approve it and it needs to be in the same condition as it has been received if not the seller can decide to not cancel the purchase.
Can I expertise my item ?
Yes you can send us pictures and details of your item and we will give you a quote with a description. You can after decide to sell it on our website or even to use our conciergerie service.

How to purchase an Item ?
Step 1: Add an item to your cart When you find an item you want to buy, follow these steps: 1. Click Add to cart on the item listing page. 2. Or you can Make an Offer Get to your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the site. From there, proceed to purchase or continue shopping. Step 2: Add order details In your cart, you can select a shipping destination, review the cost of the item. If there's anything you need to tell the seller, you can contact the seller. If you have a coupon code, click Discount Code and then Apply after entering your code. Step 3: Select payment method PayPal Generally, a buyer needs a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, but they may be able to pay using a card through PayPal without having a PayPal account. 1. The buyer selects PayPal as the payment method during checkout. The buyer is then directed to PayPal to complete the payment process. 2. After submitting payment through PayPal, the buyer is directed back to a confirmation page on Etsy. Etsy and PayPal will send the buyer and seller an email receipt. 3. Depending on which method of PayPal the seller uses, the funds will either be deposited in their payment account on Etsy or their own PayPal account. Currency Tap Select Currency to choose what currency you view items in. Your currency will be synced between the desktop website and the app if you're signed in to your account in both places.

What is the conciergerie service ?
We offer the possibility for people to sell there items without moving from home. You will need first to contact us first to know more about it (this service is at the moment only available in France, Paris and Lyon).
