Photo Gravure

Photo gravure or cliche verre was mainly used in the 19th century with artists from the Barbizon school with artists such as Corot, Millet and Daubigny. These works are close to the rendering of pen drawings, which is why they were used it mainly to reproduce landscapes in the mid-19th century.
